ANALYSE

Your own hands, read back to you — and explained.

Point Neo at your hand history folder once. It ranks the habits holding you back, shows the hands that prove each read, and re-scores everything after every session you play.

Read at a glance. Win rate and open leaks first; the detail is one click behind them.
Ranked, not listed. The leak with the widest, most repeated gap sits at the top, always.
Cash and tournaments split. One filter, two honest pictures — never averaged together.
HOW IT WORKS
One loop: your leaks decide what you learn, and your next session says whether it worked.
Neo isn’t a drill app bolted to a course library. Your leaks drive all of it — which drills you get, which Academy chapter comes next, which opponent you face at the practice table — and every new import re-measures whether the leak is actually shrinking.
01
Import your hands
Drop in a hand history folder. Neo parses cash games and tournaments and keeps them separate.
02
Get named leaks, not stats
Neo ranks the habits actually holding you back, shows the hands that prove it, and answers follow-ups out loud.
03
Train them three ways
Drills, Academy and the practice table all point at the same named leaks — three ways to attack one problem.
04
Watch the leak shrink
Keep importing. Neo re-measures each leak session after session and shows the curve — closing, stalling or back again.
STEP 03, UP CLOSE
Everything you do in Neo is aimed at your own leaks.
The same leak list feeds three different kinds of practice, so you learn the spot from three angles instead of grinding the same quiz.
Drills — the spot itself
Hand after hand of the exact situation you misplay, built from spots like yours. Fastest way to make one decision automatic.
Academy — the theory behind it
Neo recommends lessons connected to your leaks, so you can choose what to practise next.
Play against Neo — the whole hand
Full hands against bots told to attack your weaknesses. You have to spot the spot yourself, then survive the streets that follow.
PROOF, NOT VIBES
You can see whether you’re actually getting better.
Drill scores tell you what you know. Your imports tell you what you do. Neo tracks both against every named leak, so “I fixed it” stops being a feeling — and if a closed leak reopens next month, it says so.

THE LEAK CURVE
Each leak is re-scored the moment there’s enough new evidence.
Neo scores each leak by how often the habit turns up in the spots where it can. How soon it can re-score depends on the leak — a preflop habit shows up every few hands, a river overfold might need several hundred before the sample means anything. Typically it lands somewhere between 200 and 600 new hands, and until then Neo says it’s still gathering rather than guessing. Drill it, study the chapter, face it at the table — and the bar comes down. No progress, no movement: the chart won’t flatter you.

NEW TO HAND HISTORIES?
You don’t need years of hands. You need tonight’s session.
Every serious poker room can write a text file of every hand you play — your cards, the action, the result. Most players never switch it on, because nobody told them it existed. It’s one setting, it takes about a minute, and from then on your hands save themselves.
01
Switch it on in your poker room
One setting inside your client — usually under Options or Settings, called “Save hand history”. Neo shows you exactly where to click for your site, with screenshots.
02
Play your normal session
Nothing changes about how you play. Your room quietly writes each finished hand to a folder on your computer.
03
Neo reads them automatically, session by session
Point Neo at that folder once and you never touch it again. Every time you finish a session, Neo reads the new hands on its own and updates what it knows about your game.

HOW SOON YOU GET SOMETHING
One evening is all Neo needs
One or two sessions is enough for most players — a single sitting if you multi-table. From there Neo names your first leak with the hands that prove it. Every session after that sharpens the picture and re-checks whether the leak is closing.
First session
reading your game
One evening
first leak named
Every session
ranked and re-checked
Tournaments take longer. MTT hands arrive slower, so Neo tells you which leaks it is still gathering evidence on rather than guessing early.
You can watch it fill. The app shows a live hand counter and how far off your first leak is, so you always know where you stand.
EITHER WAY WORKS
Got a folder full of old hands? Point Neo at it and you have leaks in minutes — years of play read on day one.
Starting from nothing? Switch on saving tonight and Neo has your first leak by the end of the week — sooner if you play volume.
Waiting isn’t wasted. The Academy and the practice table work from the first minute, before a single hand is imported.
Play on several sites? Every screen name and room folds into one picture, so a leak that only shows up on one site still gets caught.
One session a week is enough. Low volume just takes longer — Neo tells you how many hands it still needs instead of guessing early.
One folder, then nothing. Point Neo at the folder your room writes to and every session after that imports itself — nothing to re-import.
Saving your own hand histories is a standard feature every major room offers, and reading them after a session is permitted everywhere. Neo never touches the table while you play, and your files stay yours — never pooled, never sold.
LEAK DETECTION

Five or six habits, ranked. Not four hundred stats.

Neo reads every spot where a leak could show itself and counts how often it does. The widest, most repeated gaps go to the top, each one named, each one with the hands that prove it.
Leaks ranked by severity. The one showing up in most spots comes first, so you always know what to work on.
Evidence attached. Open any leak and step through the exact hands it was measured from, action by action.
Every leak re-measured each session. Import more hands and Neo tells you whether the leak is actually closing, not whether it feels like it is.
Proof the drill worked. After a drill Neo re-scores the leak in the same spots and shows you the change. If there isn’t one, it says so.
Leaks named in plain language. “Too passive in position”, not a stat code you have to look up and interpret.
Cash and tournaments kept apart. A leak that only shows up at short stacks is never averaged away against your cash game.

Too passive in position
You checked back 82% of your flops in position last session. Neo has built a 12-hand drill around it.
THE COACHING LOOP
Find the leak, drill it, prove it moved.
1
Import once
Point Neo at the hand history folder. Every new session imports itself from then on.
2
Neo reads every spot
It counts how often each habit shows up where it could, and how far your line sits from the target.
3
Drill and re-score
Work the drill, play your next session, and watch the severity fall — or not. Nothing is ranked on results.
HAND HISTORIES
The file your poker room is already writing.
A hand history is a plain text record of every hand you play — cards, positions, bets, results. Your room saves them to a folder on your machine. Neo reads that folder, and nothing else.
