If yours is not here, ask Neo,
it answers about itself too.
Is this allowed by the poker sites?
Yes. Neo
never plays for you, never automates a decision and never assists during a hand on a third-party site.
It reads histories after the session — which every major room permits.
Who sees my hands?
Only
you. Your histories are never pooled, sold, or used to train models for other players. Delete them and
they are gone for good.
Can I play for real money on Neo?
No. Neo
is a subscription coaching product, not a poker room. No cash game, no prize pool, no deposit, nothing
to win. Practice tables deal play chips against Neo’s bots.
How many hands before it is useful?
A couple
of sessions is usually enough. One evening of cash play gives Neo a reliable top leak; tournaments take
a little longer, because the same spot comes round less often. Preflop patterns surface sooner; postflop
reads sharpen as the sample grows.
I have never played poker. Is this for me?
Yes, and
you do not need a single saved hand to start. The Academy begins at what beats what and walks you to a
first real session.
What happens when the beta ends?
Free
stays free. On the monthly plan Pro stays at $27 until the beta ends on 1 January 2027; on the yearly plan you keep $324 for your full 12 months. After that, Pro renews at the price in effect at that time. We email you at least 30 days before your first renewal at the new price,
and you can cancel before it.
Can I actually improve with this?
That is
the part we measure. Neo scores a leak from your hands, you drill it, and then it scores the same spots
again from your next sessions. If the number comes down, it worked. If it does not, Neo says so rather
than telling you what you want to hear.
How is this different from a tracker?
A
tracker gives you four hundred numbers and leaves the interpreting to you. Neo reads the same hands and
comes back with five or six named leaks, ranked, each with the hands behind it and a drill to close
it.
How is this different from a solver?
A
solver answers a spot you already knew to ask about. Neo finds the spots you did not know to ask about,
because it reads every hand you played rather than the ones you remember.
How is this different from hiring a coach?
A
coach reviews the hands you choose to show them, for an hour, when they are free. Neo reads all of them,
and it is there at two in the morning when the session actually went wrong.
What does a session with Neo look like?
Import
your hands, read what Neo found, drill the top leak against its bots, then play. On your next import the
same spots get scored again.
How long before anything changes?
Neo
re-scores a leak once there is enough new evidence, usually 200 to 600 hands. So a few sessions, not a
few months.
What if I think Neo is wrong?
Open
the leak and step through the hands it was measured from, action by action. Every read comes with its
evidence, so you can argue with it instead of taking its word.
