When exactly do I get paid?
Commission on a payment becomes payable once its 14-day refund window closes. Balances over $50 go out in the following monthly run, by Wise. Under $50 rolls forward.
How does the beta affect my commission?
During beta every player pays 70% less, and your commission is based on what they pay. When beta closes on 1 January 2027 and Pro moves to its normal price, your commission on those players goes up with it. Players who paid for 12 months upfront keep their price for that year, so their commission changes when that year ends. You don’t need to do anything.
How long does the commission keep running?
For the life of the subscription. Every renewal pays you your tier rate again. If they cancel and later resubscribe on the same account, you are credited again.
Do I need a big audience?
No. There is no traffic minimum. We care that the audience is poker players who study — a 300-person Discord of grinders beats 50,000 casual followers.
What happens if someone clicks my link but signs up later?
You still get credited for 60 days after the first click. Coupon codes are not time-limited at all — if they use your code, it is your referral whenever that happens.
Link or coupon — which should I use?
Both, on different surfaces. Links for anywhere clickable — descriptions, newsletters, Discord. Your coupon for anywhere it is not: podcasts, live streams, short-form video. Pick one per piece of content rather than both at once, since only one discount can apply per customer.
How do I get to 25%?
Hold 50 or more active subscriptions. We review the count monthly: at 50+ you earn 25% on your whole book, and if you drop below 50 you go back to 20% until you cross it again. Nothing to apply for — it follows the count.
Does the discount cut my commission?
Only while it runs. Commission is always a share of what the player actually pays, so during a discount you earn your rate on the discounted price, and once it ends you earn it on the full price.
Can I promote NEO as a real-time assistant?
No — and it would get your account closed. NEO is a subscription study tool: it reviews hands after the fact, drills ranges and explains decisions. Any claim that it advises during live play breaks both our terms and most poker rooms’ rules.
What can I say about results?
Describe what NEO does, not what it earns. No win-rate promises, no income claims, no “beat the games” guarantees on your part or ours. Showing your own hands and your own progress is always fine.
Can I bid on NEOpoker in paid ads?
Not on our brand terms — no “neopoker”, “neo poker” or close variants in search ads, and no domains that look like ours. Paid ads on your own content and on generic poker-study terms are fine.
Can I run a giveaway or hand out free accounts?
Yes, ask first. Once you are verified we can issue extra coupons or a short run of free months for a giveaway — message us and we set it up on your code so the sign-ups still credit you.
Where do I get banners, clips and copy?
In the portal. Logos, static banners, animated versions, a copy bank and ready-made video scripts are all in the asset library, and every file already carries your link when you download it signed in.
Who handles tracking and tax paperwork?
Tracking runs through Rewardful and payouts go out by Wise. You are paid as an independent contractor, so declaring the income is yours to handle; we can supply statements for any period.
