What you are buying, and what you are not.
These terms govern your use of the NEOpoker website and desktop application. The most important line is the plainest one: NEOpoker is coaching software. There is no gambling here, nothing to win, and no promise about how you will run.

NEOpoker is not a poker room
Your subscription buys access to educational content, lessons, and an AI coaching and hand-analysis tool. That is the entire product.
No real-money wagering, cash games, or tournaments with prize pools are hosted or facilitated on the platform.
No deposits, no withdrawals, no player balances, no chips with monetary value. There is nothing to win or lose.
Practice hands against NEO’s bots use play chips only. They involve no money and never affect your real statistics or leak analysis.
NEOpoker never plays a hand for you, never automates a decision, and never assists you during a live hand on a third-party site.
1 · Who you are contracting with
NEOpoker is an initiative of Biggbird Games Limited, company number 107899, registered at Suites 7B & 8B, 50 Town Range, Gibraltar. In these terms “we” and “us” mean Biggbird Games Limited, and “you” means the person holding the account. Contact us at support@neopoker.ai.
2 · Who may use it
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. The product discusses poker strategy; where playing poker for money is restricted in your jurisdiction, using NEOpoker does not change that, and it is your responsibility to know your own law. You may hold one account, for your own use.
3 · Plans, beta pricing and billing
There are two plans. Prices include or exclude VAT as shown at checkout, and are charged in US dollars.
Free
No credit card, no trial clock, no expiry, and unlimited hand imports on both cash and tournament hands. Your top leak is named and explained in full, with the first step of its plan and one drill session on it each week; other leaks show only as rank and sample size. You get the first two Academy chapters, play against The Calling Station only with no mid-hand coaching, NEO text chat scoped to what you have unlocked with a fair-use daily reply limit, and one 15-minute live voice session, once ever. We may change what the free plan includes, with notice.
Pro
$90 per month at standard pricing. During the beta period Pro is $27 per month or $324 per year — a 70% reduction — billed in advance and renewing automatically until you cancel.
How long the beta price lasts. On the monthly plan you pay $27 a month until the beta ends on 1 January 2027; your first renewal after that is at the standard monthly price in effect at that time. Yearly plans keep the price you paid for the full 12 months. When your year ends, the plan renews at the yearly price in effect at that time. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before your first renewal at the new price, and you may cancel at any point before it takes effect. We do not silently increase a price you are already paying.
Cancelling. Cancel any time from your account. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, and are not charged again. We do not pro-rate part-months.
Refunds. If you are in the UK or EU you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a new subscription; because the product is delivered digitally and immediately, that right is reduced once you have started using Pro, and you agree to immediate access on that basis. Beyond that, if the product genuinely does not do what this site says it does, write to us — we would rather refund you than argue.
4 · The beta programme
The reduced beta price exists because we want the product used hard and reported on honestly. Taking it is not a contractual obligation to submit feedback, and we will not remove your discount for staying quiet.
Founding fifty. We have said that the fifty players who contribute most to improving the app during the beta will keep Pro free for life. Selection is at our discretion, judged on the substance of what a contribution changed rather than volume of messages. We will publish how the fifty were chosen and notify them by email at the end of the beta. “For life” means for as long as we operate NEOpoker as a subscription product, and is personal to that account — it cannot be sold or transferred.
Feedback. When you send us a bug report, suggestion or criticism, you allow us to use it to improve the product without owing you payment or credit. You keep ownership of anything you send; you are simply not charging us for the idea. We will not publish your feedback with your name attached without asking you first.
5 · Your hands, and the poker sites
Hand histories you import remain yours. They stay on your computer; we claim no ownership and take no copy. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
You may only import hands from sessions you played yourself. Importing another player’s histories, a purchased or scraped database, or hands obtained without permission is a breach of these terms and we may close your account for it.
NEOpoker is designed to sit outside your play: it reads histories after a session ends, and the voice coach only operates at NEO’s own practice tables. Even so, every poker site has its own rules about permitted software, and complying with them is your responsibility. Check them. We cannot and do not guarantee that any particular operator permits any particular tool, and we are not liable for action a site takes against your account there.
6 · What you may not do
Share, resell or sublicense your account, or use one account for several people.
Attempt to use NEOpoker as real-time assistance during a hand on a third-party site, or modify it to do so.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape or copy the software, its content or its analysis for a competing product.
Republish the Academy, the leak library or NEO’s explanations as your own material.
Interfere with the service, or attempt to reach data belonging to another user.
7 · No promise about results
NEOpoker identifies recurring patterns in your imported hands and helps you prioritize what to study. Its analysis supports learning and does not guarantee better results. Poker outcomes depend on variance, your opponents and other decisions.
NEO’s analysis is a coaching opinion built from your sample and a strategy model. It can be wrong, particularly on small samples, and it is offered for you to argue with rather than obey. Nothing in the product is financial advice, and you should not stake money you cannot afford to lose on the strength of it.
8 · Our content and yours
The software, the Academy, the leak library, the interface and the NEOpoker name and marks belong to Biggbird Games Limited. Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them while your account is in good standing. It grants nothing else.
9 · Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability; maintenance, updates and outages happen. We may add, change or withdraw features, and we will give reasonable notice where a change materially reduces what you are paying for. Support for a given operating-system version may end as those platforms move on.
10 · Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time by emailing support@neopoker.ai. Closing your online account does not remove data stored on your Mac. Use Settings > Delete local data before closure if you want that data removed. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, particularly sections 5 and 6, or where required by law. Where the breach is not serious we will contact you first. If we close your account without cause we will refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.
11 · Liability
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer, which these terms do not affect.
Subject to that, we are not liable for poker losses, for lost profits or expected winnings, for action taken by a poker operator against your account, or for loss of data held only on your own computer. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
12 · Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or EU, you keep the right to bring proceedings in your own country. Talk to us before going to court; almost everything is quicker to fix by email.
13 · Changes to these terms
We will email you at least 30 days before a material change takes effect, and update the version at the top of this page. If you do not accept a change, cancel before it applies. Continuing to use NEOpoker afterwards means you accept it.
